Camping and Touring

Prices include free use of swimming pool and hot water to showers and dishwash area. Pitch fee includes an Electric hook-up if requested. Awnings, pup tents, gazebos, boat trailers etc are FREE but must be erected within the allocated pitch.

For touring Park clients with towed units, a £40.00 deposit is required.

Our Terms & Conditions will be sent with your Receipt. A copy can be sent prior to booking on request

Please note: For Self Catering a £100 deposit is retained as a bond. Total invoice value paid 42 days before arrival

Ninham House & TreeTops: Gas, Electric, Water, Bedding, High Chair & Cot ( if requested ) but exclude towels

Leisure Homes: Gas, Electric & Water. Bedding is charged at £6 per person per week . High Chair & Cot £10 per week.
