These are modern static caravans which overlook the general wooded area of Ninham with long distance views to the Downs.
The accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms (1 double & 2 twin rooms) sleeping up to 6.
With access to all the facilities available at Ninham (subject to season), they have a fully equipped kitchen with gas oven/hob & microwave, TV & DVD player (DVD rentals available from reception) and all are fully insulated with panel heaters & gas fire.

Bedding. Only Duvets and pillows provided - Linen is extra & available to hire at £6 per person per week. High chair and cot hire available at £10 week per item. Please indicate when booking if linen required or not.
Fortnight Special. A £50 discount is given to clients booking two consecutive weeks.
2 Person Occupancy. For two persons hiring a week between 1st April - 15 July & 2 Sept - 14 Oct, we offer a 20% discount.
Short Break. £65 per night - (4 night minimum) Low season only, please contact us direct.

£100 deposit is required to secure your booking & the full invoice value is payable 6 weeks in advance of arrival. The £100 deposit is retained as your bond. This is returned 7 days after your departure.
Keys available 3 - 7pm on day of arrival. Vacation by 10am prompt please.
