Set on a gentle slope in the park, we have six Leisure Homes. These overlook the general wooded area of Ninham with long distance views to the Downs.

All are fully insulated with panel heaters.

Dining Area (B)	Alcove with fitted seating.
Kitchen (C)	Gas cooker. Fridge. Microwave.
Main Bedroom (D)	Double Bed (6' x 4'6"). Wardrobes and dressing table etc.
Second & Third Bedrooms (E & F)	Each with two single beds. Storage fitments.
Toilet (G)	WC and vanity basin
Shower (H)	Sit in shower cubicle, vanity basin

BEDDING	Duvets and pillows provided only. Linen hire £6 per person per week. Please indicate if linen required or not.
FORTNIGHT SPECIAL	A £30 discount is given to clients booking two consecutive weeks during the period 31 May - 19 July.
SENIOR CITIZEN CONCESSIONS	For two persons hiring between 31 May and 12 July we offer a 25% DISCOUNT for couples over 55 years of age.
SHORT BREAK OFFER	£60 per day Min 4 days. Car ferry £75 return. Max 6 person. Red Funnel Ferries only.
BOOKING	A booking form will be sent to you upon making a telephone reservation. A deposit of £100 per unit per week is required. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.
BOND/DAMAGE WAIVER	The full invoice value is paid 6 weeks before arrival and the £100 deposit is retained as your bond. This is returned 7 days after your departure.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED

Keys available 3 - 7pm on day of arrival. Vacation by 10am please.
HIRE - High chair and cot hire (excluding linen) available at £10/week per item.
