Both properties have central heating and features include TV/DVD, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The tariff includes linen, high chair and cot. (towels are available to hire). Ample car parking is adjacent to each holiday let.
Clients have access to the facilities of Ninham Country Holidays which include an outdoor heated swimming pool, launderette, games room and recreational areas including coarse fishing. Mountain bikes can be hired locally (01983 730120). Bridleways lead off from Ninham to woodlands, the Downs and the Island's extensive footpath/cycle network.

Set on a gentle slope in the park, we have six Leisure Homes. These overlook the general wooded area of Ninham with long distance views to the Downs.
