TERMS & CONDITIONS

Conditions of Reservation

The person whose signature appears on the Booking Form is responsible for the reservation and warrants that he or she is over 18 years.  (Also, the aforementioned person will be an occupier of the pitch or self-catering unit).
The Management will not be responsible to any persons listed on the Booking Form for any loss or damage to property or personal injury.  Bookings will not be accepted from non-family parties.
Pets are not allowed in the Self-catering Accommodation
Only those persons indicated on the Booking Form shall be entitled to enter the Park and occupy pitches or accommodation allocated to them.
Visitors are not permitted
The Management reserves the right to refuse acceptance or to terminate the visit of any person (or persons) whose conduct or driving behaviour is detrimental to the ‘comfort’ or safety of other guests.

Payment of Balance
The balance must be paid 6 weeks before commencement of the holiday.  No reminders will be sent.
No refunds are given in the event of sickness, bad weather, equipment failure, delayed/premature departures etc.  WE REPEAT THAT TRAVEL INSURANCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

Touring Park pitches are allocated on a ‘first booked, first served’ basis.

The Law, Your Holiday Contract & Cancellations
Once you have booked your accommodation and ‘letters of acceptance’ exchanged, both you and the Management of the establishment have entered into a binding Contract that can only be broken by mutual consent.  Holiday Insurance is obligatory on Self-catering accommodation bookings and is also strongly advised for pre-booked Touring Park reservations.
Please note that an official acknowledgement will be sent for each deposit or payment and no booking exists until this has been received.  After a booking has been accepted, any request for cancellation must be made in writing and accompanied by the booking confirmation.

Reception
Open 9am – 8pm daily during the High Season. Times advised during the Low Season.
ALL ARRIVALS MUST REPORT TO RECEPTION BEFORE ENTERING THE PARK.

Start of your Holiday
Self-catering guests may only collect their keys between 3.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m.
Campers on arrival must park in the Arrivals Area and follow the posted instructions.
Please note that pitches may not be available until 2pm.
OUTSIDE RECEPTION HOURS, ARRIVALS MUST REMAIN ON THE LATE NIGHT ARRIVAL AREA UNTIL ADVISED TO AVOID DISTURBING FELLOW GUESTS.

End of your Holiday
Self-catering guests must hand their ‘keys’ in by 10.00 a.m. at the latest please.
Ensure your vacated accommodation is CLEAN and TIDY and the inventory is complete, Thank-you.
Your damage waiver bond will be returned within 7 working days.
Camping pitches must be vacated by 10 am at the latest please. 
There is free use of the Late Night Arrival Area if you have afternoon or evening sailings

Swimming Pool
Use of the Pool is free to Ninham clients. 
You will be expected to abide by a few commonsense rules, to act responsibly and to look after any children in your care.
CHILDREN UNDER 15 YEARS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT 18 years +
Our Pool is not patrolled by lifeguards.
The Pool is open end May to early September (according to weather conditions)

Car Owners / Drivers
A speed limit of 10 mph is imposed on all access drives and 5 mph elsewhere.
Please use Passing Bays provided and keep off grass verges.
Only fully qualified and insured drivers are allowed to drive onto or in the Park.
Cars may be parked alongside units but are not to be used for internal transport around the Park.

Self-Catering Clients
Please note that the 'Welcome Pack' and notices placed in your accommodation form part of our
Terms & Conditions, If no copy is found, one must be requested from Reception.
Breakages and soiled linen should be reported to Reception and we expect you to leave the accommodation as you found it.
This applies particularly to cooking equipment and utensils, crockery, cutlery etc. which must be left clean and tidy on departure. 
A charge will be levied against your Damage Waiver Bond on clients not observing these requirements, Thank you.

Hire Service
Bed Linen can be hired as quoted in the tariff.  Special linen and blankets for babies, towels and tea towels are not supplied.  Rubber under-sheets are fitted.
A charge is made for cot and high-chair hire in the self catering accommodation.

Touring caravans / Camping
The tariff is on a nightly basis.
We regret that during the High Season periods we are unable to guarantee specific individual or adjacent pitches.
Clients with electric hook-ups  should ensure their unit is properly wired and connected according to IEE Wiring Regulations. The outside cable should be 3 core x 2.5 sq mm.
The electric hook-ups are a 10 amp supply only.
Important: In the event of localised power failures it is prudent to ensure your 12 amp and gas alternatives are in working order (see Force Majeure below).
USE ONLY SPECIALISED LOW WATTAGE APPLIANCES AND NOT DOMESTIC EQUIPMENT FROM HOME.

Force Majeure
The Management of Ninham Country Holidays shall not be liable for any of its' obligations under this Agreement if such non performance shall occur as a result of circumstances beyond their control, which shall include (but shall not be limited to); adverse weather conditions (including flood, thunder and lightning), industrial dispute, civil disturbance, riot, terrorism, public utility failures, fire, epidemics or health risks (human and agricultural) or such similar events.

Complaints
If you have a problem or complaint during your holiday, please bring it to the attention of Reception who will deal with it as sympathetically and helpfully as they can.
