Treetops is a stable converted into an upside down house, surrounded by mature oaks, which sits at the northern end of Ninham.

The accommodation comprises of three ground floor bedrooms sleeping six (two double and one twin), a bathroom plus a separate shower room with toilet.
A central stairway leads from the hallway onto an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. A balcony with french doors together with numerous Velux windows provides all round views. It has a generous private garden to the rear with outdoor furniture.
Features include: WiFi, TV/DVD (DVD rentals available from reception) i-Pod dock, central heating, a generously equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer.
Clients have access to the facilities of Ninham Country Holidays (Subject to season) which include an outdoor heated swimming pool, games room and recreational areas including private onsite coarse fishing.

Vacation of property 10am prompt. Keys available between 3-9pm.
Bookings made online - full payment is taken. Bookings by post/phone require a £250 deposit to secure the booking with full payment required 6 weeks before arrival.
The £250 deposit is retained as your bond. This is returned 7 days after your departure
The tariff includes linen, high chair and cot but doesnt include towels.Towels are £6 per set. Fishing £5 day/£30 week.
