Energy and your Electric Hook Up

Please be aware that we that only camping equipment should be used on our electric hook-ups

Full sized domestic fridges, microwaves and high wattage heaters etc should not be used and will be asked to be unplugged 

Our hook-ups are 10 amp only 

Please be aware we cannot support charging of electric cars – these can be charged via dedicated charge points at Morrisons just a few hundred metres from our entrance

Energy Supply

6 amp supply is the equivalent of approximately 1440 watts of energy 

10 amp supply is the equivalent of approximately 2400 watts of energy 

Please see below for appliances/equipment that is not permitted

  • Domestic kettles & toasters
  • Any electrical heating appliances
  • Any domestic fridges or freezers
  • Hot Tubs
  • Electric Cars
