We like to be open and honest about what we do and don’t offer

Our aim is to help avoid any disappointment during your stay, while also making sure you’re aware of our site rules and what we expect from our guests

If you have any questions or aren’t sure whether we’re the right fit for you, we’ll be more than happy to help!

What we DO offer

  • Beautiful countryside surroundings, set on a working farm

  • Well maintained grounds & modern facilities

  • A choice of generous sized allocated grass pitches

  • A family friendly campsite: Quiet time between 9pm & 9am  

  • A family run business with an emphasis on sustainable tourism 

  • Direct access onto miles of footpath & bridleways 

  • Safe sandy beaches only a 15-20 min cycle away 

What we DONT offer

  • Club house, bar, takeaway or shop ( Morrison, Aldi & Lidl are just a 5 minute drive)

  • We do not cater for large group bookings

  • We do not allow campfires, but BBQs are fine 

  • We are not a site for rowdy weekend getaways

  • We are not conveniently located near a pub, although you can walk or cycle to many nearby

  • We do not have Wi Fi, although the 4g/5g signal is pretty good 

We do ask our guests

  • To recycle all their waste – we provide the bin bags 

  • Appreciate that this is also our home, and there are rules in place

  • Respect the privacy & enjoyment of all other guests 

  • Whilst we love children to enjoy the space we offer, we do expect parents to be responsible for their own children 

  • To adhere to the strict speed limits, especially our shared access via bridleways 

  • Respect the countryside code and do not litter 

  • Leave nothing but footprints
